The author adds that, while she was working on different ideas for Tampa's annual Gasparilla Festival, she came across this particular one and this is her idea that this one may work as part of a pirate wench theme... I may not use this one exactly but something very close to it... Of course, it works for Fantasy Fest and Hedonism resort trips also!"
